b. Select the item you wish to return and follow the provided instructions.

c. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.

d. Drop off the package at the nearest approved shipping location or schedule a pickup.

5. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Allncart will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please note the following details regarding refunds:

a. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

b. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

2. Wallet Refunds: In certain cases, we offer the option to receive your refund as Allncart store credit in your wallet. This credit can be used for future purchases on our platform.

3. Refund Exceptions: Allncart reserves the right to deny a refund or offer a partial refund in cases where the returned item does not meet our return criteria or if there is evidence of misuse or damage.

Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their orders on Allncart before they receive confirmation from the admin or seller. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

a. Log in to your Allncart account.

b. Go to your order history or order tracking page.

c. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on it.

d. Locate the "Cancel Order" button and click on it.

e. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation request.

Cancellation Eligibility:

Orders can only be canceled before they are confirmed by the admin or seller. Once an order is confirmed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If an order contains multiple items, you may be able to cancel individual items before confirmation, provided they are not part of a bundle or package deal.

Refund Process:

If your cancellation request is approved before confirmation, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or in the wallet of the user. Refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on your payment provider. If your order was paid for using multiple payment methods (e.g., credit card and store credit), the refund will be issued to the original payment method(s) in the same proportion as the original payment. Allncart is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by your payment provider.

Cancellation by Admin or Seller:

In some cases, the admin or seller may cancel an order due to reasons such as unavailability of the product, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is canceled by the admin or seller, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
